"I’ve recently composed the soundtrack for ‘PINKS’, a sci-fi dystopian film by O. De Bree that deals with an inverted colonial oppression.
This theme stuck with me and that is why when my fuzz got possessed and began to feedback, I thought I've found the right sound to tell a similar story.
An important source of material about Tupi culture was the autobiography of Hans Staden, and a film by Nelson Pereira Dos Santos, 'How tasty was my little Frenchman', which is based on Hans Staden's diary." - Pissasphalto
